Our Vision
… is the development of a new generation of pharmaceutical polymers (Next Generation Pharma Polymers) that overcome the limitations of today’s drug formulations and open up new therapeutic possibilities.
There are countless active substances that could be used as highly effective medications – however, they cannot be processed into medicines using typical drug formulations. One major obstacle is, among other things, the small number of excipients that are approved for use in pharmaceutical applications.
Our Products
… are novel pharmaceutical polymers that we produce certified according to ISO 9001 on a milligram to kilogram scale.
To achieve this, we develop new, flexible, and qualified processes, always with a focus on the high quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Our particular specialty lies in the synthesis of poly(2-oxazoline)-based pharmaceutical polymers. More

… is interdisciplinarily composed of scientists and technicians with decades of experience in (polymer) chemistry, biochemistry, as well as in analytics and development under GMP conditions.
In addition, thanks to joint research projects, we can always rely on the professional support of the Friedrich Schiller University Jena.
